I made a glutinous rice dish today. In our hometown, we will make a pot of glutinous rice during the Winter Solstice! Stir fry and stew in a large pot, and for convenience and speed, I use a pressure cooker to cook. It's also delicious, very fragrant! The glutinous rice chicken sold outside comes with luncheon meat, so I also tried adding some to make it more nutritious.

Steps to make Hakka glutinous rice
- 1. Prepare all materials. Chop the chicken into pieces, slice the shiitake mushrooms, chop the dried squid into pieces, cut the luncheon meat into small pieces, and chop the scallions into chopped green onions. Add salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken essence to the chicken and mix well with less water.
- 2. Heat up the wok, add a little cooking oil, and put in the chicken.
- 3. Stir fry the chicken until it turns slightly yellow and add dried squid to fry until fragrant (be careful when frying, it may splash out)
- 4. Add scallion white.
- 5. Add some mushrooms and stir fry.
- 6. Fry the luncheon meat and add a little soy sauce and pepper.
- 7. Put pre soaked glutinous rice and sticky rice in the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
- 8. Put all the stir fried ingredients in and let it simmer for twenty minutes.
