- 1. Mix glutinous rice flour and corn flour in a ratio of 1:2, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, and mix milk and flour to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Knead the dough into long strips and evenly divide them into several equal parts.
- 3. Roll each minute into a circle.
- 4. Take a small piece of dough and use your thumb to shape it into a conical shape.
- 5. Put all the well made steamed buns into a pot with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
