Steps to make Mixed Grain Wowotou

  • 1. Mix all the miscellaneous grains and flour together. If you like to eat steamed noodles, you can add an appropriate amount of yeast powder. Mine is not added, I prefer to eat more nutritious ones.
  • 2. Add cold water and make dough, wake up for 20 minutes.
  • After waking up the noodles, they should be pulled into small pieces and sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking.
  • 4. Make the small chicken into the shape of a steamed bun, add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put it into the steamed bun and steam for 15 minutes.
  • 5. It's steamed, but due to the addition of sweet potato flour, the steamed buns are very sweet and not very standard in shape. They are very beautiful, but their taste is the key.
