Steps to make Fresh Huaishan Corn Pork Rib Soup

  • 1. Prepare the materials;
  • 2. Wash the pork ribs, add cold water to the pot, pour in a tablespoon of cooking wine and 2 slices of ginger, uncovered and over high heat;
  • 3. While blanching the pork ribs, wash the corn and cut it into suitable small pieces;
  • 4. Peel and cut fresh Huaishan into pieces, then place them in water mixed with a small amount of rice vinegar to prevent discoloration;
