- 1. The bought ass hide glue is powdered in the drugstore (or broken by yourself, the more broken the better), put it into a large stainless steel basin, pour yellow rice wine, seal it with a plastic wrap, soak it, and soak it thoroughly for at least 12 hours (I soaked it the day before, and forgot to take pictures). Black sesame seeds are more often fried for 2-3 times with medium and low heat for standby (don't stir up). The fried black sesame seeds are very fragrant.
- 2. Crush rock sugar, the more it shatters, the easier it will dissolve.
