QQ Sugar Tiramisu
Because last time I made tiramisu, I still had half of the Mascarpone cheese and wanted to eat it as soon as possible, so I made tiramisu again today. The difference is that I decorated the surface of tiramisu with QQ candy, which is delicious and beautiful.

Steps to make QQ Sugar Tiramisu

  • 1. The main ingredients for making tiramisu are Mascarpone cheese, rum, coffee, whipped cream, and milk
  • 2. Crush cookies in moderation.
  • 3. Dissolve 3 grams of Nestle pure coffee in 30ml of hot water, and then add 15 grams of rum. Mix well to make coffee liqueur. Let it cool down for later use.
  • Mix yellow, 60g sugar, and 15g rum in a container.
  • 5. Stir evenly with an egg beater.
  • 6. Pour in 25 grams of milk and mix well.
  • 7. Place the container containing egg mixture in hot water, heat it over water, and stir continuously.
  • 8. Stir until a thick frothy consistency appears. Quickly cool down to make the egg mixture eventually become thick and viscous in texture.
  • 9. Put Mascarpone cheese into another container and stir until smooth.
  • 10. Pour in the egg yolk batter and stir while pouring until evenly distributed.
  • 11. Refrigerate in the refrigerator to thicken the cheese paste.
  • 12. Add 20 grams of sugar to the whipped cream.
  • 13. Send until the pattern appears.
  • 14. Take out the cheese batter and pour the whipped cream into the cheese batter. Stir evenly. Mascarpone filling is ready.
  • 15. Crush the cookies, soak them in coffee liqueur until soft, and make them into circular cookies for later use.
  • 16.6-inch cake mold, wrapped in tin foil on the outer layer to prevent leakage.
  • 17. First add Mascarpone filling, then top with a cookie slice.
  • 18. Place the three layers in sequence, with the top layer being Mascarpone filling, and try to smooth it out as much as possible. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Soak QQ candy in boiling water until soft.
  • 20. Then put it in the microwave for 1 minute to completely melt QQ candy. Let it cool down.
  • 21. Remove the mold from the refrigerator.
  • 22. Pour in the cooled QQ candy liquid and continue to refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  • The taste of this tiramisu is absolutely amazing.
