Steps to make Sesame Pancake

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients

  • 3. Add sifted flour and corn starch
  • 4. Stir well with a manual egg beater
  • 5. Add black sesame and white sesame
  • 6. Gently stir with a manual egg beater to form a thick batter
  • 7. Use a spoon to scoop up a small amount of the prepared batter and spread it flat on a baking tray, leaving a large space between them for spreading the batter evenly. After arranging the batter, lift the baking tray and gently shake it up, down, left, and right to ensure that the thickness and size of the batter are consistent
  • 8. Place the baking tray on top of the preheated oven and cover the oven door
  • 9. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius over high and low heat for about 12-15 minutes, then color the surface and remove
