I often make various types of bread by myself. Recently, my family likes to eat bean paste bread, so I made bean paste multi-layer bread with distinct layers and a soft and delicious aroma.

Steps to make Bean Paste Multi Layer Bread

  • 1. Mix the dough well. Recently, the weather has been a bit cold, so I put the dough into a yogurt maker to ferment faster.
  • 2. Take out the dough and knead it evenly.
  • 3. Roll out the dough and place pre rolled bean paste on the other side.
  • 4. Seal the three sides tightly.
  • 5. Roll out a long square shaped sheet and fold it into a sun shape.
  • 6. Roll out the growth pattern and fold it again for the second time.
  • Repeat 3 times.
  • 8. Cut into strips.
  • 9. Place them separately into the mold and perform a secondary firing.
  • 10. Perform a second round of kneading (it seems that the mold is a bit large and the bread is not fully inflated).
  • 11. The secondary feeding is completed.
  • 12. The second round has been completed.
  • Preheat the oven 10 minutes in advance, heat it up to 180 degrees Celsius, heat it down to 160 degrees Celsius, and let the middle and lower layers bake for 20 minutes.
  • 14. The multi-layered bean paste finished product is baked, with beautiful colors, clear layers, and a sweet taste (hehe, the bread on top was eaten by the child).
