I went to the market early this morning and bought a three yellow chicken to make roasted chicken. This roasted chicken is made using the Kunbo clay pot, which is "dry cooked, quick cooled and won't break". Its method is somewhat similar to the traditional kiln style roasted chicken, so I called it the "Kunbo clay pot version of kiln chicken"< br>
