Steps to make Homemade yogurt
- 1. Pour the milk into the milk pot.
- 2. Heat over low heat until boiling, then remove from heat.
- 3. Let cool to around 40 degrees Celsius, touch with your fingers without feeling hot, just feel warm, add yogurt and stir evenly.
- 4. Pour into a container and seal.
- 5. Place the yogurt container into a large bowl and add hot water at around 50-60 degrees Celsius. Let it stand and slowly ferment, which takes about 6-7 hours. Remember to replace the water when it cools down.
- After the yogurt has solidified, it can be placed in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
- 7. After refrigeration, yogurt can be enjoyed
