This is probably the hardest pastry I have ever tried. I have adjusted the recipe several times, but the final product is still the best made the first time. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo the first time< br>

Steps to make Orange Cranberry Salty rice pudding
- 1. Prepare ingredients
- 2. Crack the egg into the egg beater and heat it over water for a while (the egg yolk is easiest to beat whole eggs at 45 degrees Celsius)
- 3. Send until the drawn pattern can be maintained and will not disappear immediately
- 4. Sift the flour and sieve it into the beaten egg batter several times, then cut and mix evenly
- 5. Add olive oil and cranberries, mix well
- 6. Slice the orange and place it at the bottom of the bowl
- 7. Squeeze out the remaining orange juice, drip it into the egg batter, and mix well
- 8. Pour the batter into a bowl with orange slices and steam in a steamer for 15 minutes
- 9. Out of the pot (not particularly good this time)
- 10. Look at the ordinary Salty rice pudding and turn it upside down. Is it beautiful!
