- 1. Prepare materials.
- 2. Wash and control the water in the apricots, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces.

- 5. Pour into a non stick pan and cook over high heat.
- 6. After boiling, reduce the heat and keep stirring halfway.
- 7. Cook until the water is dry and the jam is thick. Drizzle a little honey while eating, it's okay not to add it.
