Steps to make Tomato egg lean meat noodles
- 1. Prepare tomatoes and scallions.
- 2. Add some soy sauce and starch to the cut meat and mix well.
- 3. Boil the noodles in water.
- 4. Boil the noodles until they are half cooked, remove them and put them in cold water.
- 5. Heat up the pan and add oil, then stir fry the tomatoes over low heat.
- 6. Stir fry the tomatoes into tomato sauce. If some tomatoes can't turn into sauce no matter how you stir fry them, then give up
- 7. Add an appropriate amount of water.
- 8. After boiling, add the noodles.
- 9. After opening it again, add eggs, meat, stir apart the meat slices, and season with an appropriate amount of sugar and salt.
- 10. Add chopped scallions before serving.
- 11. Start cooking.
