Steps to make Braised hairtail in brown sauce
- 1. Remove the internal organs of the hairtail and cut it into sections, then add flour.
- 2. Shake the hairtail to evenly stick it with flour.
- 3. Slice ginger and garlic, and cut scallions into chopped ones.
- 4. Add vegetable oil to the pot and fry the hairtail.
- 5. When frying the hairtail until both sides are golden brown, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
