Steps to make Hometown Fried Taro
- 1. Prepare the materials.
- 2. Peel the taro and cut it into evenly thick slices. Put it in hot water to float off the surface starch, then remove and control the water;
- 3. Shredded onion; Shredded red pepper; Chop garlic into small pieces; Shredded ginger; Cut scallions and chopped scallions;
- 4. Pour oil into the pot, bring to a boil, and then fry the taro until slightly golden brown;
