Steps to make Hometown Fried Taro

  • 1. Prepare the materials.
  • 2. Peel the taro and cut it into evenly thick slices. Put it in hot water to float off the surface starch, then remove and control the water;
  • 3. Shredded onion; Shredded red pepper; Chop garlic into small pieces; Shredded ginger; Cut scallions and chopped scallions;
  • 4. Pour oil into the pot, bring to a boil, and then fry the taro until slightly golden brown;
  • 5. Remove and drain the oil;
