Steps to make Rice Salty rice pudding
- 1. Melt the sugar with boiling water, cool it, pour it into sticky Rice noodles, and mix well.

- 4. Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature for about three hours or overnight in refrigeration.
- 5. After fermentation, many small bubbles can be clearly seen on the surface of the rice slurry.
- 6. Add baking powder and stir evenly.
- 7. Pack in a prepared container, about five or six minutes full, cover with a lid and wait for about half an hour until it is seven minutes full.
- Steam over high heat for about ten minutes, then simmer for two minutes before serving.
