Steps to make Oil splashed noodles
- 1. Wash rapeseed and soybean sprouts.
- 2. Cut chopped scallions, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce and vinegar (can be mixed in a ratio of 2:1) into a bowl, add salt and chicken essence, stir well, and make a sauce.
- 4. Blanch rapeseed and bean sprouts until they are completely dead.
- 5. Cook the noodles and let them cool with plain water.
- 6. Put the noodles into a bowl, top with rapeseed and bean sprouts, then add chopped scallions, ginger, garlic, chili noodles, and pour in the prepared sauce.
- 7. Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, then pour it evenly into a bowl.
