Steps to make Fresh Fruit Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the milk and simmer over low heat until the sugar melts.
- 2. Crack the egg yolk into the milk pot and beat it.
- 3. Slowly pour the milk into the egg yolk and mix well, stirring while pouring. (To avoid milk overheating and forming egg whites)
- 4. Boil the mixed egg and milk mixture over low heat until it becomes thick and silky, stirring while cooking to avoid burning the pot. After cooking, let it cool and refrigerate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- 5. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
- 6. Add 20 grams of white sugar to the whipped cream and beat over ice water until it reaches 60%.
- 7. Pour the batter into the whipped cream and mix well.
- 8. Pour into the pre frozen ice cream bucket.
- 9. Place the ice cream bucket on the base and put it into the oven.
- 10. Start the dough mixing program and stir for 20 minutes to make the ice cream.
- 11. The prepared ice cream is soft ice cream, which can be packed in a fresh-keeping box and frozen in the refrigerator for two hours to become hard ice cream.
- 12. Dig the prepared ice cream into a cup, layer the ice cream on top of the fruit, and the delicious fresh fruit vanilla ice cream is ready.
