Steps to make Shanxi style snack that doesn't rot
- 1. Wash and control the moisture content of cowpeas
- 2. Cut into small pieces of about 1cm, add flour, cornmeal, salt, and an appropriate amount of sesame oil.
- 3. Stir evenly. Put it in the steamer and steam over high heat for seven to eight minutes
