    Steps to make Pickled and Fresh

    • 1. Peel, wash, and cut the spring bamboo shoots into pieces. Heat them slightly in boiling water to remove oxalic acid and bitterness. Remove and wash thoroughly
    • 2. Peel and leaf off lettuce, wash and cut into pieces
