Steps to make Crispy Durian Bun
- 1. 300g durian meat, 250g flour, 50g glutinous rice flour, 2g angel fermentation powder, 130g warm water, and some white sugar.
- 2. Remove the core from the meat of durian
- 3. Put some white sugar and a small amount of glutinous rice flour into a paste by pressing with a spoon, and store in the refrigerator
- 4. Mix flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt and Angel yeast, and add 130ml warm water into flour neutralizing flour in batches
- 5. Knead the dough until there are no coarse particles and it can be kneaded evenly for a few minutes
