Sixi roasted bran is a famous dish in Shanghai and one of the common cold dishes at the Shanghai New Year's Eve dinner. Usually, roasted bran, golden needle vegetables, black fungus, and peanuts are washed and fried in oil to create a fragrant and sweet dish. If the roasted bran is well cooked, it will have a slight elasticity when chewed, and a thick sauce will seep out of the hole, leaving an endless aftertaste. Today, I didn't have any golden needle vegetables at home, only dried cordyceps flowers, so I replaced them!
