Steps to make Korean Cold Noodles (Simplified Version)
- 1. Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, stir well, and freeze in the refrigerator until there are a lot of ice cubes.
- 2. Prepare auxiliary materials, preferably beef slices and pears, but unfortunately I don't have them.
- 3. Cold noodles include white noodles, cornmeal, buckwheat, and the white noodles I bought. Rub it open and put it into a cold water pot. Bring it to a boil over high heat.
- 4. Once the noodles have just become a bit sticky, they can be scooped out.
- 5. Rinse the noodles repeatedly with cold water.
- 6. Remove the noodles and set them aside.
- 7. Put various favorite ingredients on the noodles. Stack high.
- 8. Pour in the chilled cold noodle soup and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili sauce.
