I am a meat lover, even for snacks, I love the feeling of eating meat in big bites. So my essential snack is pork jerky. I used to buy it all before, but recently I saw that Changdi's oven has a hot air function. I thought about making it myself, and the taste is pretty good.

Steps to make Honey infused pork jerky
- 1. Wash the pork leg, drain the water, air dry it, remove the fascia, cut it into small pieces, and use a blender to grind it into minced meat.
- 2. Put the minced meat in the chef's bucket and add all the seasonings from the jerky ingredients.
- 3. Install a mixing knife on the chef's machine.
- 4. Turn on the chef's machine at 2nd speed and stir for 8 minutes.
- 5. Stir until the pork is strong enough to hang on the mixing knife.
- 6. Pour the prepared minced meat into a large bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour first.
- 7. Spread a piece of parchment on the baking tray, take 200g of minced meat and spread it flat on the parchment. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and roll the minced meat into a thin and even piece.
- 8. Peel off the plastic wrap and place the minced meat into a preheated oven. Bake in hot air mode at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- After the time is up, take out the jerky and brush a thin layer of honey on the surface.
- 10. Flip over and brush with another layer of honey, then put it into the oven, still at 180 degrees, and bake for 8 minutes.
- After 11.8 minutes, take out the jerky and continue to brush both sides with honey. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface and place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 6 minutes.
- After 3 baking cycles, the meat jerky can be baked. Finally, use kitchen scissors to cut it into the size you like.
