Steps to make Laba Congee
- 1. Prepare red adzuki bean, cowpea and panda bean.
- 2. Lotus seeds and red dates.
- 3. Rice, millet, black rice, glutinous rice.
- 4. Wash the beans first and soak them in water for 2 hours.
- 5. Wash the peanuts and soak them overnight.
- 6. Pour the beans into the pot and add 2500 grams of water.
- 7. Wash the rice, millet, glutinous rice, and black rice thoroughly.
- 8. Pour into the pot, wash the lotus seeds, raisins, and red dates, and put them into the pot.
- 9. Press the Congee button, and the Congee will be ready in 40 minutes.
- 10. Put it into a bowl and you're ready to eat
