Steps to make Moo Shu Pork
- 1. Prepare ingredients: pork, cucumber, eggs, black fungus, garlic.
- 2. Wash and slice the cucumber, soak the black fungus in advance, marinate the pork slices with seasoning, beat the eggs, and slice the garlic.
- 3. Heat the wok with oil, add eggs and stir fry until cooked. Remove and set aside for later use.
