Steps to make Braised Prawns in Oil

  • 1. Wash and dry the green shrimp, remove the shrimp line.
  • 2. Marinate with cooking wine for 30 minutes.
  • Add corn oil to the pot and heat it up.
  • 4. Add marinated green shrimp and stir fry.
  • 5. After changing color, flip over and continue to stir fry.
