Steps to make Sweet and sour pork tenderloin that tastes even better than a restaurant
- 1. All ingredients are ready. Take a piece of chicken breast meat bought from the supermarket and cut it into 2 pieces with a knife. Then cut it into thick strips with a knife and put them in a bowl for later use.
- 2. In a bowl filled with sliced chicken breast, pour in 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of salt, stir well, then add 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir with chopsticks until the chicken breast is hung on top of the well mixed egg and flour mixture, marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Pour 3 tablespoons of white sugar, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar into the bowl. If there is no white vinegar, you can use rice vinegar instead, but be sure not to use aged vinegar or fragrant vinegar.
- 4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil over low heat until 50% hot, and use chopsticks to put it into the oil pot. Dense small bubbles will appear around the chopsticks.
- 5. Put in the marinated chicken breast, fry over low heat until one side of the breast is set, then fry the other side with chopsticks until both sides turn golden brown. Use a strainer to remove the excess oil and transfer to a plate for later use.
- 6. Start another pot and pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat until the sauce bubbles, then turn to low heat and pour in the fried pork tenderloin. Stir fry until the sweet and sour sauce is evenly spread on the pork tenderloin. Remove from heat and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of cooked black or white sesame seeds.
