Steps to make Ganbei Yuzi
- 1. Materials used: Yuzi tofu, dried scallops, green and red chili peppers, and scallions.
- 2. Wash the scallops with clean water, add an appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, and scallions.
- 3. Steam in the pot for about 15 minutes.
