  • 1. Steam the glutinous rice in boiling water and a pan over the noodles for 20 minutes

  • 4. Place cling film under the glutinous rice, flatten the glutinous rice rod, and evenly spread the bean paste on top of the glutinous rice! (Adding brown sugar is also delicious! I made two flavors)
  • 5. After rolling it up, use a knife to cut it into sections and then roll a circle of bean noodles
  • 6. This is brown sugar flavored
  • 7. This is brown sugar and bean paste placed together, it doesn't look very nice haha
