Desserts are not very popular in my home, which is also the biggest reason why my baking has not improved much. However, any sweet recipe needs to be improved in my home, otherwise it would be worth making. That day, I told my daughter to make salty bread for her to eat, but she said, "What kind of salty bread is it? It's always not salty, tasteless, and not delicious at all.". Haha, is this giving direction to mom? Okay, keep improving< br>

Steps to make Bacon Salted Bread
- 1. Add material A to the bread bucket, remember to mix the liquid first and then the powder, stir roughly, and then start a 30 minute dough mixing program. After finishing, add butter and start a 10 minute dough mixing program. Then start the noodle program for 40 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the filling, fry bacon until fragrant, mix with corn kernels and chopped onions, and add chopped black pepper.
- 3. Take out the dough and let it relax, then divide it into small portions.
- 4. Roll and relax for 10 minutes.
- 5. Roll out the dough into large, elongated pieces.
- 6. Place the filling in the middle and cut both sides into strips.
- 7. Wrap the dough slices on both sides of the filling layer by layer.
- 8. Wrap them one by one. This is also the first time I have done this kind of plastic surgery. The first one was not done well, and the later one was better than the other. The bread needs to be rolled out into a square, slightly wider, and easier to operate. When cutting on both sides, it should be evenly and symmetrically cut, and when wrapping, it should be pressed well.
- 9. Ferment in the oven for 30 minutes, remember to add a bowl of hot water to create humidity, brush the prepared bread with egg yolk water, and beat one egg yolk with a spoonful of water evenly. Then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After baking, remove from the oven and let it cool naturally.
