This was also made before returning to China. I like to stir fry glutinous rice and eat it. This is the leftover glutinous rice from the last stir fry, which was simply steamed. I didn't expect too much water to be added, and the steamed glutinous rice was too soft and chewy. Bacon is marinated and sun dried by oneself, so you can eat it with confidence.

- Soak the glutinous rice until soft and transfer it to a bowl.

- Steam over high heat for about half an hour.

- 5. Add thinly sliced bacon, cover the pot and continue steaming for a few minutes.
- 6. Open the lid of the pot and sprinkle a small amount of chopped green onions. Turn off the heat and serve.
