Steps to make Wuhan Noodle Nest
- Soak rice, glutinous rice, and soybeans overnight;
- 2. Prepare ginger, scallions, and white sesame seeds;
- 3. Grind the soaked rice, glutinous rice, and soybeans into rice slurry with a small amount of water;
- 4. Add an appropriate amount of salt, chopped scallions, and ginger to the rice slurry, stir well and set aside for later use;
- 5. Heat the pan oil and soak the dough tool in the oil to moisten it;
- 6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds at the bottom;
- 7. Scoop a spoonful of rice slurry into it and sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface;
