Technique
Steps to make Roujiamo
- 1. Add an appropriate amount of warm water to the yeast and mix well. Pour it into the flour and knead it into a dough that is twice as large
- 2. Rub out bubbles, roll them into a dough with a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters, and sprinkle a thin layer of flour on top
- 3. Roll from bottom to top into a roll
- 4. Cut the dough into pieces of about 60 grams each
