Steps to make Home made pickled Chinese cabbage rice noodles
- 1. Prepare the main materials: rice noodles, eggs, pickled Chinese cabbage.
- 2. Chop up pickled Chinese cabbage. Wash and chop ginger, garlic, and scallions into small pieces. Soak the rice noodles in clean water.
- 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some salt and beat.
- 4. Heat up the oil in the pan and stir fry the eggs until cooked. Scoop out and place it aside.
- 5. Put oil in the pot again, heat it and add ginger, garlic and pepper to stir fry until fragrant, then add pickled Chinese cabbage to stir fry, and add some pepper and sugar.
