Steps to make Omelette

  • 1. Dice the scallions, carrots, and cucumbers for later use.
  • 2. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the non stick pot, add scallions and stir fry until fragrant. Add carrots and stir fry for a while, then add rice and stir fry evenly. Season with salt, and finally add cucumbers and stir fry evenly. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Add one spoonful of starch and two spoonfuls of water to the bowl, stir well, and add eggs to form a beaten egg mixture. Set aside.
  • 4. Brush a layer of oil in the pot with an oil brush, pour in the egg mixture, and rotate the pot to make the egg mixture as evenly and round as possible (be sure to use low heat).
  • 5. When the egg mixture solidifies slightly, wrap it in fried rice.
  • 6. Serve on a plate and drizzle with tomato sauce to start eating.
  • 7. Delicious egg bun rice.
