Steps to make glutinous rice rolls stuffed with red bean paste
- 1. Stir fry the soybean flour in a pot over low heat until it turns light brown. (This weight can be done several times.)
- 2. Pour into a basin, add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar and mix well. Set aside for later use.
- 3. Pour glutinous rice flour into another basin and pour water bit by bit.
- 4. Then knead it into a smooth dough. Put some oil in the basin and put the dough in. Put water in the pot, put on the steamer, cover the pot, steam for twenty minutes. (Applying oil to the bowl is easy to remove after the dough is steamed)
- The steamed glutinous rice dough will be ready in 20 minutes.
