Technique
Steps to make Golden Needle Beef
- 1. Cut the green and red chili into shreds, chop the scallions, minced garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Wash the beef and soak the vermicelli in warm water.
- 3. Cut broccoli into small pieces, remove the old roots of shiitake mushrooms, and shred onions.
- 4. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add a little salt, and cook the broccoli until it is cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 5. Heat the enoki mushrooms until cooked.
- 6. Take it up and lay it on the bottom of the tray.
- 7. Put oil in the pot, saut é the chopped scallions, ginger, and a portion of garlic until fragrant.
- 8. Add 1 bowl of water, oyster sauce, white sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- 9. Put in fans first, then put in fat cows.
- 10. Drizzle some vinegar when the fat cow turns white.
- 11. Release green chili peppers and shredded onions.
