Steps to make Mango Cream Matcha Cake
- 1. Weigh all materials for future use.
- 2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
- 3. Mix the egg yolk, milk, and corn oil evenly, and sieve in the flour.
- 4. Pour in the matcha powder.
- 5. Mix well and the egg yolk paste will be ready.
- 6. Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat until dry and foamy.
- 7. Add the egg white cream into the egg yolk batter in three portions and stir evenly.
- 8. Pour the cake batter into a baking tray lined with oiled paper.
- 9. Heat up and down to 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. I just changed the oven and didn't feel too angry. I overcooked a bit.
- 10. Take it out and let it cool, then cut it into pieces.
- 11. Cream mixed with white sugar and whipped.
