Orange jelly

This jelly is made for our baby to eat, using canned oranges made with rock sugar by ourselves. The canned oranges were made before, and there are no preservatives in the homemade ones, so it is safe for our child to eat. It is very convenient to make canned food directly. If there is no homemade canned food, you can use a ratio of 500g orange slices to 100g rock sugar, add some water to cook, and let it cool after cooking.

Steps to make Orange jelly
- 1. The canned oranges I made before were stored in canned bottles. I took a relatively full bottle, weighing 230 grams
- 2. Pour out the canned orange. Filter the juice into the milk pot.
- 3. Soak the gelatin tablets in ice water first to soften them. Be sure to use ice water, otherwise the gelatin tablets will melt
- 4. Heat the filtered canned water over low heat to around 60 degrees Celsius, add the soaked gelatin slices, and stir until the gelatin slices are completely melted
- 5. Pour orange slices into it as well
- 6. Pour into a container and let cool. You can also cover it and refrigerate it for more than 2 hours in the refrigerator
- 7. Just wait for the liquid to completely solidify. Let's just dig and eat
- 8. You can also pour it out. There are plenty of oranges you make yourself. If you don't like so many oranges, you can increase the amount of liquid appropriately. However, it should be noted that the ratio of 5 grams of gelatin tablets to 200-250 grams is usually 5 grams. If you make too many oranges, pay attention to increasing the amount of gelatin tablets.
