Steps to make Zaohua bread
- 1. Prepare materials
- 2. Use warm water at around 40 degrees Celsius to pour sugar into the water and stir until it melts.
- 3. Add yeast and stir to melt
- 4. Pour the mixed liquid into the flour and stir with chopsticks.
- 5. Stir to form a flocculent surface
- 6. Use your hands to knead the dough into a smooth dough.

- 8. Fermentation to double the size.
- 9. Sprinkle a small amount of dry flour on the cutting board, take out the dough and let it out completely, then knead it back to its original size.
- 10. Take out an appropriate amount of dough and knead it into three long strips of the same length, thickness, and thickness
