Steps to make Ham lace bacon pizza

  • 1. First, make the dough. Knead all the ingredients of the dough into a smooth dough;
  • 2. Place it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment in a warm place;
  • 3. After about 30 minutes (the room temperature is relatively high now, about 30 degrees), the dough will ferment to twice its size. Fingers dipped in high powder will poke holes without shrinking or collapsing, and one round is over;
  • 4. Take out the dough and exhaust it;
  • 5. Roll the dough into larger circular pieces, then place the pizza tray on top of the pieces and use a small knife to remove any excess (approximately 60g of small dough can be cut). I am using a 9-inch pizza tray here;

  • 14. Brush homemade pizza sauce on it;
  • 15. Add mozzarella and Granapadano cheese;
  • 16. Place bacon, okra, and shredded red pepper on top, then sprinkle a layer of cheese and repeat the process. Finally, place onion rings on top and sprinkle some cheese on top;
  • 17. After preheating the oven, put the baking tray into the oven, with the middle layer on high and low heat, 180 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts and turns cash yellow;
  • 18. Take out the pizza, transfer it to a drying rack with a pizza spatula, and let it cool for consumption. When consumed, sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and cheese powder on the surface, or omit them.
