Heart shaped yogurt mousse # Valentine's Day gift

1. Prepare materials

2. Soak gelatin tablets in ice water until soft

3. Pour light cream into a clean bowl, add granulated sugar and beat well

4. Hit to 60%, can barely flow state

5. Take out the softened gelatin slices and place them in a clean small bowl
