  • 1. First, deal with the chicken legs. Wash the three pipa legs repeatedly, add cooking wine and soy sauce, stir the shredded scallions and ginger evenly, and maintain their appearance for at least half an hour. Alternatively, they can be sealed in a fresh-keeping bag and marinated overnight.
  • 2. Put the marinated chicken legs into a plate and place them in a steamer.
