Steps to make Spicy fried sand ginseng

  • 1. Material: 300g of sand ginseng.
  • 2. Ingredients: Korean chili sauce
  • Add 3.3 tablespoons of chili sauce to a bowl and dilute with 1 tablespoon of water.
  • 4. Use a knife to flatten the garlic and cut it into pieces. I used half a head. Add more delicious food.
  • 5. Wash the sand ginseng with water, soak it for a while, and remove the outer skin.
  • 6. Gently tap with a rolling pin to loosen.
  • 7. Loosen and unfold.
  • 8. Knock them all in sequence.
  • 9. Tear it into strips about the thickness of a little finger by hand.
  • 10. Add more oil to the wok and fry it dry when the oil is hot. Stir fry again to remove excess water. Add 2 grams of salt and fry until yellow.
  • 11. Add the prepared chili sauce.

  • 13. Add a small amount of sesame seeds when stir frying until it is 80% ripe.
