  • 4. Cut potatoes into diamond shapes
  • 5. When frying, tofu, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and meat all need to be fried in a pot. This is meat, and before frying, it needs to be colored. It seems to use honey, but I don't know how to do it. Wood has color, so the fried food doesn't look as good as dad's, but the taste is not bad
  • 6. Fried pork belly is cooked and fried in this way, with the skin between large pieces. Do not cut it into small pieces, otherwise the meat will be too hard and not delicious
  • 7. When frying potatoes, pay attention to the oil heating up and slowly frying them over low heat until they turn brown and float up, then remove them
  • 8. Soak the noodles in boiling water
