Traditional Jingjiang shredded pork
There are many fancy ways to make shredded pork sauce now, but personally, I still prefer this traditional shredded pork sauce. The method is simple, the meat is tender and easy to eat.

Steps to make Traditional Jingjiang shredded pork

  • 1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips, add wine, and marinate ginger slices for five minutes.
  • 2. Mix starch with water to make water starch, slowly add it in, and stir evenly. Add some salad oil and marinate for ten minutes.
  • 3. Soy sauce. Mix sweet bean sauce with soy sauce and monosodium glutamate to make a bowl of sauce.
  • 4. Cut the scallions vertically into thin strips and set aside.
  • 5. Boil the oil. Add shredded meat and stir fry until the oil is 50% hot. The shredded meat turns white, heat up and set aside.
  • 6. Clean the pot thoroughly. Add some more oil. Put in the shredded meat that was just smoothed. Add the prepared sauce and stir fry quickly. Wrap every shred of meat with this sauce.
  • 7. Plate and add some scallions. Very delicious to eat.
