This mousse cake, originating from France, is made with whipped cream and other ingredients, softened with fish gelatin powder to give it a very soft texture. It melts in the mouth and immediately catches the eye with just one bite, making it irresistible. Moreover, the combination of mousse cakes can also be diversified, making today's mousse cakes infinite in variety. Today I made chocolate cake as the base, paired with yogurt and cream. The taste is rich and fragrant, and my whole family loves it!
