Steps to make Chongyang Cake
- 1. Cook the chestnuts, remove the shells, and chop them into small pieces.
- 2. Mix glutinous rice flour with sweet osmanthus and warm water.
- 3. Add crushed chestnuts and knead them into a powder ball.
- 4. Spread the powder ball out by hand.
- 5. Cook for twenty minutes and steam until cooked.
