Steps to make Delicious juice --- table braised pork
- 1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water and cut them into small cubes. Peel and cut red onions into small cubes, and chop ginger and garlic into small pieces.
- 2. Place the pot on high heat and add an appropriate amount of oil. Heat over low heat until 30% hot. Add minced ginger, garlic, and diced red onions and fry over low heat until the onions turn golden brown.
